We recently received a donation from the lovely people at Don’t Panic – The Panic Room. We were given a nice bundle of puzzles, games and crossword books for our clients at the day-centre and our guests at the HMO property.
Many of our clients and guests suffer from depression, anxiety and other mental health issues. Resources such as jigsaws and wordsearches provide a useful way for our guests to unwind and focus their mind away from their concerns and to have some fun.
We value the kind generosity displayed by local businesses like the Panic Room and the support they provide for the work we do at Gravesham Sanctuary. It truly makes a difference.
